Jesus was my realtor for the sale of my San Pedro home in the first quarter of 2020. I was extremely happy with the service he provided for many reasons. Most importantly, Jesus was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. He helped me develop a successful strategy for selling my house, gave me good ideas on things I needed to do, and worked with me to set the appropriate asking price for my house. I actually tried to sell my house FSBO before hiring Jesus, and I was unsuccessful, as my house sat on the market for 3 months with 0 offers. I then took my house off the market, made a few necessary changes (as suggested by Jesus), and relisted my house, and got 11 offers on my house in the first weekend after it was relisted. My house ended up selling for $86,000 above the asking price, and I had multiple buyers fighting for it and outbidding each other until the final agreement was reached. I couldn't be happier with the final price that I received, and I couldn't be happier with the ease of the process. Most importantly, I trust Jesus, and I felt very comfortable with him as my agent. I felt that he was doing all he could to get me the best price possible, and he was certainly knowledgeable on the strategies we'd need to utilize to get the optimum price. John, was able to list the beginning of June, had an open house same week, and had 2 offers one of which the buyer back out but fortunately there was another offer that the same time and they were still interested so went into escrow and by the end of June it was final. He did a very good job in keeping me updated and kept on everyone to see that things were going as planned though there were a few hic ups along the way, but he was able to get the sale finalized.
